"Very dirty there is no maintenance, the people who live there are problematic, fights are heard, they have plagues of snails inside the departments coming out of the cornice. They never clean the laundry."
"I personally enjoy living here but It’s not the greatest place to be. It definitely could use a little more maintenance help. But other than that everything else is pretty great. The neighbors are nice and the new landlord’s are very helpful and friendly so all in all it’s not a terrible place to be. Very much feels like home "
"Those apartments are soooo unprofessional their terrible we’ve been without AC for 2 weeks the property manager Kimberly Is So Unprofessional And Always Drunk when you talk to her The new owners Have No Idea How To Run A Complex I Say Throw The Whole Complex Away Oh And Rent Going Up To 995 their not worth 850 in my eyes !!!!!!!!"
