"Today I took one of my residents from the nursing home that I work to be fitted for new bras. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment and when we entered the young lady was on the phone and another lady came from the back and asked if she could help us and before I could answer the lady on the phone very rudely told the nice lady "I got this I didn't ask you to come out here to which she said that all she was trying to do was not make us wait.The rude lady then told her to go do what I told you to do and turned to myself and my resident and told us to go in the dressing room. My client is special needs and the situation was making her uncomfortable so I was reassuring her everything was ok when the curtain opens and she comes in measure's her leaves then comes back with 2 different bras to try. I put the bigger of the two on but felt it was to tight so I asked her to come in the dressing room so I could show her to which she was very snippy so I said we will take 3 of this one and was told this is the only one we have and who knows when they will come in again. I was trying to get my resident bras and I don't believe there was no more bras in her size in the shop.I would never shop there again and I hope this never happens to anyone else because my resident thought she did something wrong is why the lady was so rude to us."

She also showed me various techniques to get the cups filled properly. I never felt rushed at all and I was there for over an hour! I will definitely be back!"
