Champs management, maybe you need to hire better sales people. Went to Journey's 2 doors down, and both the sales guy and girl were friendly and very helpful. Spent a couple hundred there and left happy."
"The store has a large selection of shoes and other gear. The service could be better. The store is so busy the associates, who are very young seem to get easily distracted. The floor manager (I believe) did a good job trying to quickly address waiting customers. A little more customer service training and the shopping experience could greatly improved."
