If I were in fact looking for a good dermatologist, which I’m not, and unless I was referred to your office by a trusted friend, I most likely would pass on this one. Take accountability, apologize and move on. Everywhere you go you will encounter one or more bad apples in a bunch. Separate yourself, instead you made the bad bunch bigger. Learn from this …."

"I give this place 1/2 star, not because of the doctor who was running behind by almost an hour. But because of his nasty, hateful unprofessional office "manager" who thought she was going to bully me! I sat there and waited for an hour and a half only to be told that the doctor was running behind. This ugly red haired big mouth B, thought she was going to bully me. Lady had you walked outside with me, I would have shown you how much you didn't intimidate me. Now , I wouldn't refer a dog to this office. Very very very unprofessional!!"

"I seen the audiologist Dr. Nelson who should not be working with the public. She is very disrespectful to myself and especially my wife who asked questions to help me. She gave incorrect information and was very smug especially to my wife. My wife took notes out of her purse she had to help me and Dr. Nelson in a demanding voice told my wife "give me those", my wife said "NO." Dr. Nelson became angry and more smug. She has a severe hearing loss and speech issue. Her PA Jennifer was so nice on the phone to my wife and appologized for Dr. Nelson's behavior. The PA said "Dr. Nelson gets a little abrassive (putting it mildly) and she the PA would be willing to sit in as a communication barrier to help on the next apt". The PA said "Dr. Nelson does answer the wrong thing most of the time due to her hearing and speech issues". Jennifer said she has sat in many times for others who had the same problem with Dr. Nelson. My wife told Jennifer that is a poor excuse and hearing loss or not you do not treat people like that. I have severe hearing loss and I do not treat people like that, that is not nice. She needs to find another job away from the public. The manager should take her office door off or make her leave it open. Dr. Nelson is so unprofessional with a bad attitude/ behavior and a bad influence on Midwest Medical. I will not buy anything from this medical office. The office management is poor to let Dr. Nelson get away with this with many people. My first apt. was in May, this was going to take a total of 3 months to get what I was looking for after waiting a long time to get in. Two weeks total elsewhere. Very poorly managed."

"Dr. Jill Spencer and her nurse are second to NONE! They were absolutely professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Jill came highly recommended by two of my friends and she didn't disappoint. If need a good dermatologist, call them today!!!"
