"Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The entrance off of Berrywood is the 1st photo and go in the brick entrance (2nd photo) saying "Keene Medical Center" and is on the North Side of the building (NOT the main entrance to the Hospital on West Side of Building) take elevator to 2nd floor, make a right and then a left and they're at the end of the hall on the left hand side."

"I give this doctors office 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff. But, I rate the overall experience a 10. The comfort of the couch to do the deed was uncomfortable. But it got the job done. I rate that 5/10. Entertainment to get the job done was 1/10. I was not giving any entertainment so I had to use my phone. Make sure you bring your own ear buds. Other than that. Thank you."

"Please don’t waste your time or money trying to have child through this clinic. We delayed our fertility journey by at least 6 months here. It was all “let’s do this test and we’ll call you in 30 days”. Over, and over, and over again. We sought a second opinion with another clinic and were diagnosed on DAY ONE. No expensive/painful tests necessary, and I wish I had read a review telling me skip this clinic before I endured that. We paid less to the clinic who successfully gave us a positive test versus this one. You will find better treatment elsewhere."

"I don’t have experience with Iui or Ivf, but do with RPL. Nurse Nicole could not have been more insensitive to someone with questions after a miscarriage. I asked to speak to my physician multiple times after no follow through on previous treatment and she refused saying I would just have to wait until an appointment- which would be 6 weeks because “that’s the policy with iui” which we did not have. My husband is a physician and could not believe the phone call we had. When I stated my concerns after I explained my anxiety and wanting follow up from my physician she stated “well it’s your body you can do what you want but that’s what we do and we want the blood draw for charting purposes”. Again, she recited protocol and did not even seem to know what had happened. Truly appalling. It made an already emotional experience, horrible. I have almost no feedback on the physician and his care because again, I/we were never allowed to actually talk to him after multiple requests. It truly was appalling. I would highly recommend going elsewhere (st louis) as this is an emotional process and you need/deserve people that will listen and provide the support needed."

"I have to say, all of the staff and doctors here were absolutely fantastic. I was pretty nervous about a procedure and they were so supportive and understanding. They even had a nurse whose sole purpose appeared to be to hold my hand and help me feel more comfortable. Dr. Schust's bedside manner was fantastic and he walked me through exactly what to expect. Even the people at the front desk seemed to enjoy their jobs and to be having a good time. I can't say that I'm eager to go back and do it all again, but if I ever have to, I would absolutely go here."
