"Needed to get an EKG for my son. Called in the morning to check hours and if they would be working that day due to icy conditions. I was told they would be there until 3:30. I arrived at 2:15 and was told they were closing at 2:30 and then they were all gone for the day."

"Receptionist at the Audiology office are so rude and blame patients for their mistakes. Otherwise everything is great, audiology specialist spectacular, and super clean and kid friendly."

"The Doctors are great, but this is the 2nd time that I get a rude receptionist. Whoever, answered the phone on September 14 roughly 8:30 am. has no business answering phone calls. she is rude, with no hint of empathy on her voice. Its very off putting to have someone with a condescending tone answer the phone and handle your files or even be the middle man between you and your doctor."

"I had to come here for Pediatric Orthopedics. The ladies up front were so kind and helpful. My little one was being very independent that particular day and they were nothing but understanding and helpful. I was scheduled quickly and pleasantly I was also amazed by how quickly we were seen, I think between check in, xrays, and speaking with the doctor we waited all of 10 minutes. I had to finish all my paperwork after the appointment because there was no downtime The nurse was super nice and took the time to listen to the whole story and all my concerns and made sure that we were taken care of. We had a slight problem with some documents and we made it happen The X-ray lady was also so awesome my daughter had some reservations about the machine but they were patient and so kind you can tell they really care about kids. The provider went above and beyond she was just so nice and took the time to explain things. My husband and I were also feeling really bad our child got hurt and we were reassured through the whole process as well. I feel like we were treated so kindly and she took the time to work with my little one and make her feel comfortable. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I’ll certainly come here!"
