Flower City Park, established by the Palmyra Jaycees, has grown and thrived thanks to the support of the local community and generous donations from individuals and organizations. The park features a variety of amenities and facilities, including the fair grounds, which were incorporated into Flower City Park in the 90's. The Parks and Recreation Board, comprised of nine Palmyra citizens appointed by the Mayor, oversees the management of the city's parks and facilities.
