"I canceled my policy with Brady Crawford, because my premiums went up and down for no reason. Never consistent with my premiums. When I canceled they still took out a premium, and I was paid up. Messed my checking account up. And they refuse to refund it. I am with another company now and so much happier. And if you have roadside assistance with them do not use it because it counts as a claim against you. They don't tell you that. State farm is the worst insurance company ever. They do not care about their clients. And the staff all but Mandy is rude!"
