"Terrible for supposedly being number one hospital. Tired calling today because I'm having severe ear pain. But they claim they don't have anything until Oct 19th. Are you kidding me so you want to make me wait a month with severe ear pain? No regards to the patient plus the receptionist could have better matters instead of laughing about how they can't get me in for a month."
