"Do NOT trust this Park Dental location. My daughter went in to get a filling on a bottom tooth. We were told it would be around $80. I even called right before the appt to verify the quote and was told the same thing. Yet, they started numbing her up on top. She asked “so do you have to numb the whole mouth?”, and was told “no just the part for the filling and the veneer.” My daughter said “well I don’t know what I veneer is and I’m only supposed to be getting the tooth on the bottom filled. I wasn’t told I need a veneer or a filling on top.” The dentist said “well it’s cosmetics”. My daughter asked “how much is it?” and was told “about $1300.” She felt like she was trying to charge her for things she didn’t even know she was getting done. She then looked at my daughter’s teeth and said, “you need four more fillings.” Very odd since the original appt just a few weeks ago found one cavity. They also told her she had to throw away her brand new retainers, because they wouldn’t fit after the filling, even though the top row of teeth should have been untouched and unchanged. So she threw them away right at the appointment and now we have to spend hundreds of dollars to get new ones. We will be looking for a new dentist!!"

"Really wish I could leave zero stars. I made an emergency appt after not being to the dentist since before the pandemic. I made an appt for Wednesday online and was called to reschedule until Friday as it’s not the right appt type. Okay. Annoying, but no big deal. Fast forward to Friday morning and I get a call. 3 hours before my emergency appt to fix my tooth that’s been bugging me. They are canceling my appt and will NEVER see me again because I missed an appt 5 years ago and didn’t know I had a past due bill of $46 for missing said appt. I’m sorry but what kind of business cancels an emergency appt last minute over $46?!? Either be the perfect patient or expect to be dropped for minor infractions."

"I had bad dentists in the past but Park Dental has made it a lot easier to get my teeth cleaned. Ariel is by far the best Dental Hygienist I've experienced! It's been over a year I've been going to them and I plan on to keep going back."

"Edit: Dr. Berres is a good practitioner and there are a couple staff here and there that are friendly. But my later experiences have changed my opinion. Many of the front desk staff were very rude and pushy, and the hygienists I've had have been passive aggressive and non-compassionate. I wouldn't go here seeking gentle or understanding care (other than Berres), but if you aren't scared of dentists and have nowhere else to go, this place will do. I don't have insurance anymore- the prices here are astronomical with/without it anyways, so I no longer have a reason to come back. (Original review) I've had a great experience so far with this provider. The front desk staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, they let you know your copays ahead of time and give you estimates in writing. Camille Berres is great to receive care from. She was gentle and informative during procedures."

"I do not recommend this place. They first were on the government list for MA, but would only take patients that had MA as a secondary insurance and not primary insurance. Then they wouldn't take you if you offered to just pay out of pocket and not go through insurance. Then they said they had to schedule you after July 1st as they would then be taking MA patients, so had an appt scheduled July 11th (but only seeing patients that have problems, not doing cleanings for MA patients) to have a couple of teeth looked at, get there and they tell me they are no longer taking MA patients, even though whoever called me Friday said make sure you bring your insurance card. They tell me I have to pay out of pocket. Unacceptable. Time to find a new dentist!!!"
