"Susan sweet lady and very smart but she will be leaving unfortunately. Kind of spendy for what you get I feel and also hard to get appointments when you miss a few weeks of appointments. Other than that front desk lady was nice to me."
"I tried for over a week to become a patient, spoke with Kara and she never sent the email for paperwork. Tried calling back 6 different times and left multiple voice mails only to never have a return call. I called back today and spoke to the receptionist I told her "I wanted to speak to someone besides Kara and that Ive been trying to get registered as a patient for a week and a half" and she with an attitude asked my name and said "well you've only been trying for a week first off".... are you kidding me?! Because that makes it better? I told her and her attitude off, will not be going here."
"This outfit should be called Whose on First and Whose on Third. After surgery, I used their Meals on Wheels program. After receiving pasta meals, three deliveries in a row, I decided not to stay with the program. I later received a bill, for some extra items that I never received, which was charged to my credit card. I raised the questions several times with Family Service representatives. After several call transfers, in which I left voicemails, I finally, after exhaustive attempts to reach someone, and was told that I would be credited. It never happened. I later brought it to the attention of my credit card representative who issued me a credit. This organization wants to much information, and is intrusive into your privacy. Would I recommend them to other senior citizens, probably not."
"I have had a great experience with Family Service Rochester. They have a great selection of professional therapists and offer an array of services. They have therapy guided groups, individual, and family therapy options too. I am so grateful for the services they offered me. They helped me through some tough times in my life and I have definitely grown as a person because of their therapy options. Very professional, kind, patient, and helpful staff. I definitely recommend them if you need or are thinking about getting help."
