"A few months into my first apartment by myself and I've been loving it. Staff have been very kind and they care about our (in my experience) wellbeing. taking care of the parking lot, entrance, hallways, building as a whole. they make sure things stay working. It shows and I appreciate it. never had any issues (yet! And hope it stays that way haha) and any maintenance I need done is easily requested and done promptly within reason. I would definitely recommend! I hope I stay here for a while, the place is nice, affordable, and relatively quiet. Good access to Internet if you're a gamer like myself!"

Nicole and Margaret the two gals who are leasing agents are very informative, knowledgeable and go above and beyond and help you address any concerns or questions you may have. Buildings are maintained and kept up and quick to address any problems in your unit. And the apartment complex is in a great location!"

"I lived here for a year. The apartment itself was nice. It had been newly remodeled. Unfortunately though during that whole year they never fixed my screendoor. So was unable to open the slider for fresh air. It took almost a month to try and fix a bathroom sink that they failed to fix. It still leaked. I had to keep a bucket under at all times. Upon move out... I had left management a VM letting them know that I needed to reschedule the move -out appt. Due to my grandfather funeral the same day. (Aug 29) I still had to do some cleaning and still had some remaining things that were still there. They supposedly NEVER got the VM. I showed up Aug 30. They were already in the apt painting and doing whatever else. What a shock !!!! I paid my whole months rents. According to the lease I had til noon of Aug 31 to hand in keys. They should of never entered. I was charged for cleaning ... almost $300 worth of charges that I was trying to avoid especially during this time. Unfortunately my grandfather's funeral was more important to attend to. And I tried rescheduling. They were not willing to work with me under the special circumstances."

"We moved here in May 2020 two bedroom very clean and updated appliances. Maintenance staff very attentive to any request. There out daily cleaning, painting, taking care of the property. The gal that's cleans laundry does a great job, dusting off machines. I believe she also cleans party room and pool areas . Very pleasant person. Now about office staff, their super attentive to the needs of the complex, seeing trees trimmed, drive way over all complex . Final remarks.. WE LOVE IT HERE."

"I worked for Majestic Cove years ago. A very bright spot in my work history. It was a lot of work but it set the bar high for future jobs. A year and a half ago we found ourselves looking to move. Hopefully for the last time. I told her she can pick any community we've ever lived at. Pick the floor plan and hopefully it's available. They were very excited to help us, the apartment is 5 doors down from our old place. We absolutely love being back "home" and we aren't going anywhere.
