"Cedar Valley Apartments is a great place to live. Current property manager is awesome. This place has had the best communication out of every property I've lived at. There are large floorplan options for decent pricing, pet-friendly, nice pool, nice neighbors, pretty quiet area/neighborhood. Quick turnaround for maintenance. Only issues I would mention would be the laundry is expensive and app oriented. The parking lot plow during the winter time was challenging, however this was one of the most snowiest years MN has had. Pros definitely outweigh the cons in my opinion. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking at the south suburbs. :)"

"Love this community! The property manager is great and maintenance gets done when asked! I love how tucked away it is and how generally quiet it is. I really enjoy the pool in the summer time, although I’m not a fan of the bees that tend to hang out there. Overall, this is a great community to live in!"

"I've lived here for six years. For the most part, I've been content. I've had the occasional time I needed to call the cops for a couple physically fighting or an unknown man sleeping on a friend's patio. However, I recently received my lease renewal and I must admit I'm quite unhappy. A building that has no elevator, two washers/dryers to the 30 unit building and our pool nestled between both complex garbage areas, making the pool every bee's favorite hang-out. Therefore, the $82/month increase to my rent this upcoming year is more than I feel the property is genuinely worth. It's sad because I've liked living here before receiving the news of my lease renewal/change."
