"I am giving 2 stars instead of one only because I have had no issues with management. They have always been very courteous and responsive. I have lived here almost 3 years and for the most part it has been good. However within the last 6 months or so, it has been awful. There are kids constantly running through the halls with no parents in sight. They like to sit on the steps in the stairwells and NOT move out of the way when other tenants are trying to get around them. They like to hang out in the laundry room and they have no respect for the property whatsoever. One morning leaving for work, there was a pocket knife stabbed into the wall by the front door. They leave trash anywhere and everywhere they like to hang out. They also think it is hilarious to BANG on tenants doors and run. Which in turn, scares my 5 year old. Plus, the lock on the front door seems to always be broken so your key doesn’t work to get in the building. I really like the location here and I hate to have to leave but at this point I’m disappointed and don’t want to stay."

"Looks like no body cares about the problems residence have in the parking lot with snow, it is like parking your car in the North Pole. We have called the maintenance several times but looks they are deaf."

"I've rented there about 8 years ago. With my wife and 2 daughters and a son. My daughter became pregnant. The management became aware of this and stated the we were going to have to move because we are going to have to many people. I had already stayed past my lease agreement so we thought, we were told to move, so we did!. Years later after helping our daughter with the baby. We discovered they put an unlawful detainer on us!!. (We are legally checking into this).. our cars were vandalized about 3 times... people pulling your cloths out of your washers to cut inline. Smelled like pot in the halways.. good luck. :/"

"I think that the improvements to the property are great. I have never had a problem with parking. I am glad that they issue parking tags to keep all the unauthorized cars out of the lot. I love that the lot is reserved for residents. I have had relatives from out state come and stay with me for extended weekends and the office has issued me a temporary pass which expired when they left."
