"1. Appt at 10:30 they said 11. showed receptionist proof of 10:30. 2. Was put in room to wait until Dr. worked on other patient. 3. Hygenist informed me what was going to happen and what to do after extraction. My husband is very hard of hearing and the gal spoke very fast, he asked he to repeat that slowly but she spoke just as fast as initially and he could not understand her. 4.Dr. came in and went right to work and said very few words. 5. Hygienist told my husband to sit and the front desk would figure out the bill. After about 10 minutes I approached the front desk and asked if the bill was ready and she said no one told her to write up the bill."
