"It's fine. But it was much better in years past. I make my appointment with a specific dental hygienist. Then I show up 6 months later for the appt and the hygienist who calls me in is never the one I made the appointment with anymore. If they are going to reassign my appointment to someone else, they should at least call me and give me the option to cancel or reschedule. Very frustrating."

"I've been with this dentists' office for a while. In 2021, it was hard to get an appointment anywhere, so I had to switch to the downtown location. Going there made me really appreciate Roseville. I eventually went back and I hope to stay! I've had some mysterious root resorption issues and they've been so kind with helping me through the scary process of getting fillings, root canals, and a crown for the first time."

"My scheduled hygentist apparently was unable to do my cleaning and I ended up with a "floater" person who was filling in. I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months due to periodontal disease and I am very accustomed to the process. The "floater" person barely cleaned my teeth using the ultrasonic water tool and was not concerned about discomfort it caused. I was NOT happy and am considering going to another dental office."
