Andover Park Apartments

"This place is definitely a dump, I don't see how they even pass city inspections on this property! Clearly someone is being paid under the table to falsify documents. These are the kind of apartments you usually see in the projects for like 250 a month for a 4 bedroom and even still I've seen better there. And the terrible handy man who fixes these places up needs to be fired because his work is horrible as if he's doing the work in the dark. Everything is outdated over 40 years or more. A shelter seems more suitable than this trashy place lol I wouldn't want my dog living here! And it smells like mold just out right disgusting and disappointing. Just remodel everything at this point."

"I live here for a year. The new manager turned out to be just what the place needed. He takes time to help people, he's making good changes and it shows. Problems get taken care of a lot faster now. Alot of trouble makers are gone and that has made it alot nicer .here"

"Please Please save yourselves! This place is disgusting. When I tell you the neighbors have a physical fight with people more than 2 times a week. They are always arguing and having fight with people. There is always something wrong with the apartment and they “fix” it about 3-10 months later. Don’t even leave your doormat outside it will be GONE. Don’t complain to management they never do a single thing about it."

"I lived here for 3yrs and in that time they have had 4 property mangers signed a lease only once since I've been there my apartment had poor Electricity water coming through the windows and you had to find a place to throw your garbage away and they rarely ever fixed anything that you reported that needed to be done . ALWAYS paid my rent on time. I Don't recomend that anyone moves here. The crime Rate is very High I was so glad to Finally get the hell out of there and when You try and call the Main Office no one never answers always a voice mail."

"Non-affordable cesspool. I lived here from November of 2017 to July of 2018. During this entire time, literally every thing we encountered was a massive inconvenience. Let's start with the atmosphere before the living conditions. In the parking lot you'll find broken glass and trash scattered everywhere, busted down cars, dumpsters completely full by the third day since trash pickup, and nosey druggies that ask about your pet so they can breed it. Not to mention the occasional person trying to sell you a sketchy looking car or, even worse, some pot. This place is on the news at least once a month due to all the crime happening in it. The living conditions are almost even worse, at least in my experience. Pipes were constantly frozen in the winter, they leaked in every room they ran to, and the maintenence man did the most minute things to fix it. In the case of the broken pipes, they put a space heater in the crawl space. During that process, I found that the floors are actually uninsulated! This explains the fact that you have to wear two thick blankets on you at all times during the winter if you don't want to freeze. Now, I was paying $900 a month to live in this garbage, not to mention the $500 pet deposit, and on top of that, paying for your own utilities. For the love of anything, do not choose to live here."
