"I applied for them and got denied. But the crazy part is that I keep getting the runaround about my deposit. 3 weeks and still haven't gotten my deposit back. Now they telling me it hasn't been processed yet. Like what if I needed that deposit to apply for another apartment. Yah holding me back. Like give me my dam money back or I will be suing foreal. Please don't do business with them. They don't care that people need they deposit back to move."

"Cheap apartments. My boyfriend has lived at the Gates of Rochester for 4 years now. Kathy Winsky is definitely the most professional person he said he's dealt with. She's an excellent assistant manager. She's kind, and does what she can to help you out. I would highly recommend asking her for help, because she's reliable."
