"Eddie at Joe Quick Lube was great, he and his team was excellent, they were very friendly and very helpful. I didn’t have to wait for the service at all. Prior me went to Joe Quick Lube, I was at Ford Quick Lane and I asked for oil change, a lady at Ford Quick Lane told me that I need full service due to engine light was on. Yes the light was on, but it was for an oil change light. And when I ask for a Oil Change only she told me that I have to wait for more than 3 hrs. I left Ford Quick Lane and come to Joe’s Quick Lube got my oil change in 10 minutes. I’m so glad that I did that, they were excellent and they are not try ripping you off."
"Don’t go there they will scam you! As I was driving past, I spotted a $17.99 oil change special, prompting me to stop and request a basic oil change along with an air filter replacement, priced at $30. I anticipated a final bill of $48.00 plus tax, but was taken aback when it rang up at $85.36. To make matters worse, the service technician charged me for a full-service package, declared the promotion invalid, and added extra charges. Regrettably, the service experience was marred by the technician's discourteous attitude and evident disregard for customer service. Never going back there and don’t advise anyone to go either. Attached are some pictures for people’s reference."
"Took my 2020 Ram Hemi engine in for an oil and filter change today and had great service. Prices were reasonable and cheaper than the other 3 places I had called. I recommend coming here they’ll take great care of you and your vehicle!"
