"I highly recommend this agency. A few years ago, we were shopping for new home and auto coverage because our premiums were getting outrageously high and that carrier was also requiring an outrageous "membership fee" on top of their high premiums. Nick at Envision shopped around and found us new auto and home policies at a significantly lower premium with the same coverage levels or higher. The following year when the new policies through Envision were due for renewal, Abby proactively called us to tell us that those policies were increasing their premium and she had found us new home and auto policies with another carrier with the same coverage levels and premium as we currently had. She asked if we wanted to switch to this new carrier. This agency didn't need to do this; it was customer service at its finest. From time to time, I've had to call them with questions about our policies and they answered them and took care of my requests promptly.
