"Helpful staff always a good laugh. More than fair prices (on the products I purchase anyway), and if it's not in stock, they'll order it for you. Just watch out for the magnet in the Malco bits, mine broke the first day on the first screw. But that's not MBS fault, it's Malcos fault. This is the second ¼ inch driver bit by Malco the same thing happened to the first one, from a different store however."

We had a house built, which is very stressful, but the kitchen and bath design portion went so smoothly with Emily’s help. She has a great eye for space and design, she thinks ahead and guides with thoughtful questions to help you make good decisions, she knows her products inside and out, she’s very detailed, she’s super easy to work with and willing to answer all sorts of questions, and very kind. She helped us design our kitchen and bathrooms and because we liked her so much we went back for help designing our basement kitchenette as well. Modern Builders Supply has an absolute gem in Emily."
