"Came in for a pedicure and shellac manicure. The tech did the worst pedicure I had ever had and proceeded to wipe my legs with the towel she had been keeping nail clippings on. The polish job was lumpy. I tried to get yellow polish and this seemed to be the hardest task ever. The tech didn’t put a primer coat on and I had to remind her to apply top coat. My nails weren’t shaped at all and overall it was a horrible experience. How do you make lumpy shellac. They don’t care about customer service. I asked to fix some of the areas and they just told me to pay and go! Such a sad establishment!"
"Ken is the bomb! He does an absolute great job all the time! My nails last up to 3 weeks without any lifting or breakage. I always have a great experience when I come here. Everyone is so friendly and cordial. This is a great place to get your nails AND eyebrows done. I also got a great arch, and it lasted for 4 weeks before I needed to get them done again. I'd recommend this place to everyone!"
"This was my first time at this place! I called and came in as a walk-in. They were all friendly and I was able to do a full-set from an inspiration picture I showed. I had Ken (Table #2) and he did an amazing job! I’ve never been to a nail salon that’s been able to do designs like this, so I was blown away. Looking forward to coming back soon! "My first time visiting and definitely my last. Originally came in for a fill in and pedicure, But my pedicure was so disappointing I cancelled my fill in and decided to get it done somewhere else. My pedicure was done in water only, no soap, cuticle softener or nothing! Then she proceeded to scrape the bottom of my feet hard as hell with a scraper. Nails wasn’t shaped or buffed, She was rushing the whole time, and did not listen to anything I said, and then I was charged $60. I will never be back. If you want quality work, don’t come here."
"Overall bad job. Shellac was thick and lumpy on nails and feet. Lack luster pedicure. Nails are uneven ALL OVER. No attention to detail. Cuticles were cut and hanging. They placed oil on them instead of repairing what they cut. Nail bed is now rough and they were not upon entering. Second time coming here since new ownership. Will not be returning."
