"The pedicure I received at Ignite Nails and Spa is the worst of my adult life. My toenails were cut with a slant, the nail lady looked like she had a hard time holding the tools and used a coarse file to not only file my nails but also the skin around them in a unnecessarily rough and unskilled manner. At the end, she added oil before the nails had a chance to dry causing the polish to look distorted, and as I was waiting for them to dry ( in the drying area she directed me to) she reminded me three times of the cost of the service. It was such an uncomfortable and bizarre experience, I strongly suggest avoiding this location."

"The nail tech did a great job; however, the customer service is severely lacking. The place was also hot that day and they didn't turn on the a/c. If this place works on their customer service, I will gladly give it a higher rating."

"Jessi did my nails, i usually never like short nails but i liked these. She asked if anything hurt & if i seen any problems; she fixed whatever problem. However the vibe in the salon wasn’t there. The salon gave me a old vibe."

"Made an appointment a month ago with the “BEST” nail tech…for him to come in with an attitude and no greeting just a point to the chair. No other techs arrived at opening hours. Peter could not do the nail art I wanted and I had to wait for Jasmine. Go with Jasmine for both (ped/man). She is GOOD! The prices are a bit high. However, I will see her ONLY! She made the experience better. The place environment is decorated very tacky too. Needs to be updated (stuck in the 80/90’s look)."
