However, Nira rescheduled my appointment the DAY OF to the next day at 11am, which was an inconvenience due to me traveling out of town. I arrive to my appointment at 11am, she was not there and seemed to cancel my appointment at the last minute. This was a waste of time and gas because I traveled 45 minutes to come to this appointment. She was unprofessional and careless about the situation and showed no empathy. Do not book if you’re hoping for a successful appointment!"
