"This place is terrible. The customer service is horrible. I understand wanting to be fast and efficient but rushing someone like you are being timed is not necessary. I have Also stopped in for notary services and had to wait 40 minutes while that person is in the back folding boxes and another worker is just walking around. That person easily could have paused folding boxes and completed a notary maybe asked someone else to fold a couple boxes while they helped a customer. Ended up leaving because they had a lot of boxes to fold and going to canton location for notary services. In and out at the other location."
"This is my absolute favorite place to ship in town, they are always fast, efficient, and kind. Today they were very busy and worked very hard to greet everyone when they came in and to get through everyone quickly. I also always bring my toddlers and they are quick to give them stickers and smile at them. I think they always go above and beyond."
"Short girl with long dark highlighted hair acts rude and has an oh well attitude get rid of her, she repacked my Amazon box then told me I had to take my box back which was fine but then I caught her lying to me telling me it was because the dumpster out back was full when it was an Amazon box and perfect to ship back my item. I took pictures of the 2 empty dumpsters and went back in to show her how she lied to the customer. She then walked away shrugging her shoulders saying oh well she had a mask on her face. The other people were nice. Making people walk out with their empty boxes is not the policy of ups store. I placed it on the garbage can and left. I've talked to the owner face to face before nice guys and I highly suggest you get rid of the bad apples under your tree. Have a nice day"
