"I spoke with Cornel in December to make a payment. After making the payment, we updated my bank account information to continue with autopay, but I found out yesterday that Allstate was trying to pull the payment from an old account (not the account that Cornel and I updated to), and the payments were being returned. My auto policy was terminated as a result, and Allstate held me accountable for their error, and tried to re-quote me at a ridiculous price! I just got off the phone with them, and they're attempting to pull my condo payment from the same old account, which means Cornel made a serious error while we were on the phone in December. They're not taking responsibility, and that's an issue for me."
