"Do not use this agency!!! Find another agency who will actually call their clients back! I have had a claim now for about a year and a half. My actual agent seems to be avoiding talking to me. I finally got him on the phone and let him know I was not happy about his customer service. After telling him how he has not talked to me about my claim one time in 1.5 years, he said he would try to come up with a solution as to why the insurance company they stuck me with did not cover my whole roof when I should have been covered! He never called me back! They will take my money every month, but they will not follow up. Apparently they do not care that we are struggling with our insurance coverage!!! We have a daughter with a medical situation and we need our roof!!!! We have paid our insurance money every month on time!!! They don't care apparently!!! Do not use this agency! Be warned!"
