"Started off great, got us in right away. Had x-rays taken but needed a mri so went to Novello. Paid 500 for images. Why am I paying 100 dollars to be told my diagnosis (which was wear a brace btw) maybe a 4 minutes conversation. Have them leave a voice-mail maybe you won't be charged 100 bucks."
