"My husband and I get a king room with the 2-person tub. We love it. We go down to the beach n walk that during the summer Then go to Clemontime ( downtown ) then we go back to the room n enjoy. Very nice people rooms are clean ( we clean anyway ) we enjoy going we get the same room every time too."
"The manager/owner is quite rude. He couldn't care less if he offends you and will let charges go through even if he says you won't be charged for something."
"We stayed here for 3 weeks and had the best service! Melissa, George, Karan and the housekeeping staff were great!!!! The fire alarm went off and the staff was on it quickly checking all rooms to make sure all guests were ok before turning off the alarm which I know is protocol for this situation! I would suggest this hotel to anyone and everyone. Thank you for a great stay and great service"
"Honestly I can't complain much about this hotel. Front desk was polite and helpful, room was big and spacious, mini frig worked well, tub was huge and water was HOT! Excellent water pressure for shower! Nice little breakfast spread in the am. MY only complaint was coffee didn't taste good however I would still stay here again!"
"Stayed in a Jacuzzi suite on a Saturday night. Room was clean and spacious. And was surprised how quiet it was. Still close enough to town and lake Michigan yet not right in town so didn't have to deal with weekend tourist crowds and traffic. Room was fairly priced. And every employee I encountered was helpful and polite. Enjoyed going for a swim and a run at the gym"
