"Very nice, on time, and very informative. I don't have anything bad to say about them or their service. Luckily they found our cracked heat exchanger before we had a problem! Corey was super helpful on assisting my plumbing planning, Connor was such an awesome technician (very approachable, informative, and clearly caring), Rich was pleasant and fit me in his schedule last minute. He walked around and spent the extra time to not only explain the flow calculations, but assist me in planning for future additions to ensure my unit would be sufficient for those upgrades, but also not oversized to where it would put strain with the current setup. Lascko really is a great group!"

"Mike Sullivan came by to give us a quote today. Really enjoyed his thorough expertise and clear communication as he walked us through details, consideration, and pricing for our upcoming bathroom remodel!! Also Sarah and Shelbi have been wonderful to work with coordinating the details. For the actual install Dave Eskew and Eli (I don't have his last name handy) came out. They were extremely professional, communicative, worked long days until the project was complete. They finished a rather complex new bathroom upstairs (converting an attic room to a new bath), and put a new toilet and utility sink in the basement. Their work was super neat, clean, and professional. I am very happy with the level of service and support from Lascko and will be using their services again!"
