"They said they couldn't fill a prescription because it was from a new provider but it was the same doctors office. They refused to fill it at all. I called my doctor's office and switched it to another pharmacy and they said I already picked up the script at Walgreens so I had to pay an additional fee to fill it at the new pharmacy. Walgreens not only refused to fill my script, they already charged my insurance for this script. Not to mention the staff was rude every time I went there or spoke to them. They are also often closed due to lack of pharmacists. I would give a zero if I could."
