"customer of belle tire with mine and all family members vehicles for over 30 years maybe 40. Everything is fine and Dandy if you done have a problem with anything, but if you do they will kick you to the curb like a red headed step child !! I wish I had all the thousands of dollars they got from me over the years. Thinking about getting some poster board with sighs to let the world know how they really feel about there customers. Actually pretty damn sad to say the least. I'm speaking about the manager of the belle tire in st Clair shores 10 mile and Harper because that's the one that me and my family did business with pretty much my entire driving life."

"I will never use Belle tire again as long as i live. I made a complaint. Nothing was done. No feed back. So that let's me know Dan the assistant manager can continue to miss treat customers. I just wish I had of bought my new 4 tire from another establishment. Never use this Belle tire in Roseville. When I went in with a flat. He said was not fixable due to were the nail was. Made me set there for 3 hours before letting me know I had to pay 2 hundred and something for a new tire. No I didn't buy a new tire. Had that same tire fixed and have not had a problem out of that tire since."

"TLDR: Exceptional first visit built trust. Ruined their reputation with me on second visit when a different employee ripped me off. I had a leaking tire and called a different location. They talked about needing to take the tire off to see what was wrong and that I might need a new one, which sounds like they are just after my money. So I called this location and talked with a very polite gentleman who said they could help. No “maybe we will have to charge you for a new tire” before even looking at it, like the other bell tire location said. Within 5 minutes the gentleman helping me walked outside and looked at the tire. He spotted a screw imbedded in the tire almost immediately. I was so impressed because I looked for any puncture that morning but didn’t see it. I left the car with them and the gentleman called me letting me know a tire pressure sensor was broken for one of the wheels which I asked him to fix too. He patched the tire and fixed the tire pressure sensor which now works great. Total price was $91. My second trip I wanted to buy a single passenger side windshield wiper. I told the guy (different from my first visit) at the counter that I returned because of the excellent service I received previously with my punctured tire. He charged me $60 for the single windshield wiper! Which I installed myself by the way. I asked if I could negotiate and he replied that they don’t really have any room to negotiate prices. I have to assume he makes commission or something and always tries to sell the most overpriced option first, and maybe would offer a fair price if I had stood my ground and knew what the standard price was. Only a month or two later, it already has a rip in the wiper. I treated it like a baby! I never moved the blades when it started snowing and ice was on the blade until I cleared the windshield and had the heat melt the ice off the wipers. I ended up just taking the whole blades off and bring them in the house with me when I am done driving so I won’t get any more rips from them being out in the cold. Looking online, windshield wipers are priced around $10 to $25 per blade depending on if you buy rubber or silicon wipers respectively. I am personally hurt that the employee would take advantage of the trust I had in them to charge me more than double what is standard. This is my first car and I have been learning the hard way to never trust anyone, look up standard rates before going to a store, and be prepared to argue for a fair price or walk away. Would have rated one star if it wasn’t for the exceptional service I received on my first visit by a very professional gentleman working there."

"I took my van in for a complete set of tires I specifically told them I'm going out of state. Well I got a flat pulled over naturally I just touched the first lug nut with my fingers and the damn lug nut fell off. And NO I did not put the lug wrench on it. So I finally got the tire changed with four lug nuts holding the tire. I reach my destination and go to the dealership to get it fixed, and low and behold the tech told me that a second lug nut is broken. Now I only weigh 100 pounds soaking wet, there's no way in hell that I broke the damn lug nuts. So I call Belle Tire and they tell me to return back to Michigan, ARE you stupid or just acting that way? And the best part is they remembered me and said oh that's right you're 1500 miles away. I would NEVER send anyone their again. Somebody could get killed because of them. And I meant the bolt that the lug nut screws onto, that one fell off and the tech found the second one that was broken and ready to fall off too. Anyways if you want to take your vehicle there, GOOD LUCK"
