"The guy at the counter does not have a good attitude and is extremely unprofessional. You should be able to ask as many questions as you please when pertaining to your vehicle. I was referred here. Brought the car in for an oil leak, claimed they fixed it. Next day check engine light is on. A few days later no oil in the car, you need an oil change mam. What oil is left to change. Pays for synthetic oil change two days later no oil in car. My car is crying for help and I'm going else where to get it. Jay is more professional however I do not feel thos shop knows what they are doing. I have had to take off work for two weeks and I'm extremely pissed. I would not recommend. Told me my brakes were fine, then gets a 2k bill from elsewhere in fees. No thank you! Yes I am referring to the shop on Gratiot. Very unprofessional look at how they respond to bad reviews on here . * Update.. the company called me trying to get me to change my review multiple times and had to block them. Now they are trying to insult me. On the response to the review. I screen shot this review and I'll be seeking legal action for harassment. You all are con artist and far from kind. And liars. And I didn't have oil change money lol but have a 6k warranty that you all happily and quickly charged. I only came to this unfit establishment because the dealer asked me to. My warranty allows me to go anywhere. Which I did and got my 2k dollars worth of repairs fixed and my car is running like a dream now! Don't ever contact me again and learn how to fix cars instead of arguing with women how pathetic."

"Fixed the brakes on my husband's van quickly and knowledgeablely. Priced average for the work. Best part is to get van back within 2 hours, not tied up for days instead."

"My car went in for a noise in suspension. I was told I needed a new rear end. They did the rear end approximately two weeks later my car would not go over 12miles per hour. Remember I never had a problem with my car moving or picking up speed. I took my car back they said the drive shaft was loose. They fixed it. Two weeks later my car won’t go over 12miles per hour again. I called the shop upset and the guy acted as if he had an attitude with me. I will never take my car or refer anyone to this place ever in life."

"On my way to a wedding reception I was driving on the hway and all of a sudden I heard a snap and felt a wobble from the rear end I quickly pulled off the hway and found all five rear studs were snapped off. I got towed to In and Out auto where they quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it really fast so I didn't miss the wedding and reception. Top notch auto shop and thanks again."
