"Months ago brought in vehicle to have brakes/rotors replaced on a vehicle. Was told 120+ years experience and they could not get back lugs off and they were seized to the hub. Fast forward today getting new tires (letting goodyear know possible issue and having lugs/studs replaced if necessary). Was informed that they had no issue at all. Not a full complaint against shop, just educating them on something possibly overlooked or misinformation given."
