"If I could give zero stars, I would! I had to fire this company! After using them for a year or so during which the cleaning was OK, not great, but better than I could do. This last time, I had to leave the house briefly and asked them to make sure the front door was shut securely. When I came back, they had been gone about an hour. My front door was standing WIDE OPEN. It was a windy day, and if this door is not pulled shut, it doesn't latch, and obviously they just let it close behind them, but did NOT make sure it latched, as any common sense person would do when leaving a home where no one was home. My home was wide open for an hour, where anyone could have walked in and done who knows what. But the WORST thing was that I have four cats and my most precious Siamese kitty went MISSING, due to them leaving my home wide open for an hour or more! There is NO excuse for this kind of carelessness! Never again!"
