"Prompt professional interview , congenial and openly friendly . Discussed the issues involved and the resolutions and outcomes. Very surprised to find that it could be perfectly resolved . ( 16' x72' concrete floor in an old chicken coop built 88 yrs ago ) We were transforming it to a modern sales floor after we tore the barn down and rebuilt the entire upper structure . The floor was cement with holes and deep wide cracks and ruptures along with numerous high spots ... they ground it down leveled it off patched the holes and cracks . That done it was left to dry . The next day it was primed with a substance like a gravy the let to cure for 16 os hrs and the buffed . Then the surface was coated with a high end epoxy that was 21 mils thick . That had to dry to walk for 24 hours and for 4 days to be fully cured . All said and done it is a completely beautiful transformation. The 2 men that worked the job were a joy to watch and see the professionalism in their abilities ... Obviously totally pleased ...10 Years earlier Ian himself restored a lg antique tin ceiling in our store and cleaned and varnished a 45 ft brick wall , again splendid workmanship ..."
