"I feel seen and heard by Kenya and her cleaning crew- actually the company as a whole! From the initial reach out after I filled out a form online to the detailed walk through, to the scheduling, and the reminder call. We just had our first clean and I appreciate there being a lead person to direct the rest of the crew. I’m very satisfied with my experience. When the clean was almost done, Andrew (the lead) had me walk through to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned and when I pointed a few things out, they all took care of it right away. It’s a big house so I know things can get missed. I also appreciated the call after the fact from Kenya herself. I never felt uncomfortable to express any concerns within the clean or me wanting to change the schedule of the next clean. They are very flexible and I am very happy to have found my people."
