"I absolutely love this location!!! I had the A team doing my biopsy and they were amazing!! They made me feel so comfortable!! I was super nervous and they put my nerves at ease and explained the procedure step by step and even let me watch the monitor while it was being performed. All three ladies had excellent bed side manners and they had a great sense of humor as I activated my silly side. We laughed cracked jokes but it was all good!! From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you ladies! You guys are amazing!! Dr. Gupta, Ms. Cindy and Ms. Sammie aka the A TEAM!!!"
"Asked for physical over phone and entered all of my information online about the purpose of my visit was for a physical. Doctor said no and was only allotted 20 minutes with her but she rushed me out in 10. She then scheduled to see her in 2-3 weeks but the next physical opening will be next year. Poor experience overall but nice building."

"My Dr. was awesome this review is for the support staff. My appointment today was for 845 am I was roomed at 855 am. I was left in the room for 2 hours without communication. I have a job that I am now late for. You may think that is an exaggeration, I had to pay for parking which is free for 2 hours. Great if your apt. happens on time, sad if Henry Ford ignores you in a small room. I had to grab someone in the hall and explain that I was going to leave in 10 minutes before someone came to update me and magically the Dr. showed up in 8 minutes. My time is valuable and Henry Ford does not seem to respect my time or value me as a customer. The waiting room was nicer I wish they had left me there."
