Beaumont Medical Building - Royal Oak

"Wow, what a wait! First, how about some better signage? Where to go? Is this the right building? Then, you get inside and there's more hide 'n' seek. Finally, I showed my Dr's order to a receptionist and the lady handed me a number and told me to wait. They called numbers twice, then this technician just took one large man back. (Maybe he'd been waiting a long time?) They do not call the numbers in order, and after and hour+ of waiting I heard my number called ... 12, 8, 5, 7, 6 ... It was like Bingo but absolutely no fun. Then they pointed at a room and said go in there. (Most of the others must have gone through this before because they just headed for one of the small blood draw areas.) I took a seat and after about 20 more minutes the technician came in and took my blood. C'mon, Beaumont/Corewell, this is a poor practice, not best one. ☹ Lord only knows what will happen next. I expected more from you."

"Came here for a follow up after Surgery in the ER @ the next door hospital. Both facilities are very nice, clean and the staff does their job as best they can. There are A LOT of patients coming thru and they handle everyone very well, that being said of course there's wait times there are lots of people getting helped here. The care is wonderful and very much worth some waiting. Every doctor, nurse, tech all did a very great job and I will be coming back here for OBGYN services from now on. Thank you Beaumont for taking great care of me in a time of need."

"This building staff is extremely rude and unprofessional!!!! I was referred to here by my doctor for a second opinion which we never seen the doctor due to the rude office staff they lost my daughter's paperwork that was faxed to them. I will never take my daughter to a Beaumont facility ever again!!!"

"Berkley Dialysis on 11 Mile I. Michigan is below standards. Nursing staff does not accurately document and you treatment is wrong that can cause damage or potential death. Staffing is low due to numerous call in, and nurse in charge stays behind a glass case while some staff sneaks out the door and patients are left alone for hours. Mandatory Against Medical Advice not completed due to patient explaining the refusal is due to continuously arriving for treatment and has to wait at least 20 minutes to receive treatment for no reason. No team work among staff. Supervisor contacted but never appear at site which would resolve some of the issues."

"Beaumont hospital is the worst hospital in mi if not the whole state. They were caught not following proper when I had young children in my room. When I talked to the head of human revelations for patients and showed her how the nerse handled diarrhea she told me her nurses are human and people make mistakes and asked me to remove the picks off my phone I told her it would not matter I already sent them to my attorney. With in 1hr they called cps and made up a totally false claim to jam me up this complaint happened within 1 hour after I showed them the pictures they knew they were in trouble so the tried to shift the blame on me. It worked for a week and cps canceled the case against me."
