"The staff is excellent . Very helpful, respectful , warming . After having bad experience at another Extended stay location coming here was an absolute blessing . There can definitely be some updates to this location which would make it even more excellent . The area is nice quiet and convenient to all of my needs . My Family and I were misplaced and the staff here has made up feel so loved and appreciated. I truly am thankful I came to This location . Absolutely thankful and appreciative of the staff and their wonderful Hospitality is truly is a blessing . This location would be even better with upgrades to the appliances and minor things around it already has amazing staff and structure ! This location truly has made us feel like family and welcomed daily. The rooms are spacious and the staff are rapid in responses to when things are wrong . They ensure safety of all guest and make sure the experience / stay is great . If they had the proper updates it definitely would make an already great location perfect"

"This location was excellent staff was very professional and accommodating to my family and I. We have been here two months . The area is safe there is a lot of things to do in the area. The staff makes you feel like family . The rooms were nice . The hotel could use an update and remodel but other than that it is an excellent location . Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home during this difficult time"

"My family and I have been here for over 4 months Mrs Phyllis and Miss Cathie are absolutely wonderful they are very understanding and make sure that if something is wrong or there’s a problem they fix it right away! They keep this place very clean and safe or at least try to keep it safe my kids and i feel safe here when my husband goes to work every day! The house keeper Donna I’m not sure if that’s her name but she comes to my room every week and is super friendly and makes sure that I have everything I need for the week! I’m glad we came here we will be here for awhile and this is the best place to be I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! "The staff here is absolutely amazing and has been very accommodating. Rooms are extremely clean whenever an Issue has come up the staff have been on it. Definitely the best extended-stay that I have ever stayed at 10 out of 10 recommend 100%"

"This place was by far the worst experience ever. My companion and I were in need of a hotel for the weekend and we were extremely uncomfortable. We had multiple roaches crawling out from under the bed so when he checked to see if there was more, it was disgusting underneath. There was old food containers, dead bugs, crumbs, and dust beneath the bed. We called the front desk to make a complaint and possibly switch to a different location. Unfortunately there was not one staff in the building. The front desk was completely shut down from 10pm until 9am the following morning. We called a reservation number because they were the only one answering the phone but in order for us to switch to another one of their locations we had to pay another $215 all over again and wait business days for a refund. It was an awful experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone no matter how desperate."
