"When my husband and I got there the person had told us it would be a 40 minute wait which made no sense, there were very few people dining and a lot of empty tables, we asked if we sat at the bar would it be a shorter wait. Sure he says. The bartender Brittany was very attentive and super friendly. She took our order, we ordered coffee & she had them make a fresh pot. We moved to a booth right by the bar and our food took maybe 20 minutes to get. Brittany took very good care of us and she had quite a few people at the bar to attend to. She definitely earned her tip. The food was amazing."

"This place is on point. All new staff and they are amazing. Dede our waitress was on top of everything we needed and was so nice and the food was delicious. My burger was so juicy and tender. I will for sure be coming back to see her. Thank you for making my evening easier and delicious."

"Although this experience started off shaky, this evening Chili’s crew exceeded expectations. I can’t remember if the hostess created with me with hello or “it’s a 25 minute wait , we’re down servers. Despite being told we couldn’t sit at the bar initially, after waiting nearly 15 minutes we were offered a seat at the bar. We were immediately greeted by Breshonda , and given menus. She was energetic, informative and friendly. It immediately erased our initial experience. As Breshonda met the demands as bartender and server, general manager Ann dropped off waters for us. Breshonda quickly made our drinks while simultaneously suggesting appetizers. Arkjia who was serving other tables brought over our food and appetizers. This crew, embodied teamwork to the tee. They worked together to make sure that the “Margarita Day” rush and dinner rush didn’t take them over. It was refreshing to see the general manager, greeting, serving, making drinks etc. with her leadership, this team is going to go far. There was a slight oopsie with my wrong flavor but Breshonda didn’t hesitate to rectify it. Both Arkija and Breshonda checked in on us, brought out to go containers and sauce containers and overall gave us a great experience. Jeanette, another server was hustling all evening too. Overall, this team handled the rush and being short 2 servers extremely well."

"Came here for the nostalgia. Me and my husband are fans of the office. There’s no awesome blossom guys and the baby back ribs aren’t worth it. The ribs themselves are dry but the barbecue sauce is pretty decent ranch super good chicken tenders not good I can say the best thing about my meal was the soda, the mashed potatoes, kind of taste store-bought and we’re a little milky. Also they don’t give you wet naps with your ribs. Didn’t even try the corn. Looks nasty. Didn’t give me any Texas toast which was advertised with my meal."
