"I thought this was a great place until my 1 year old daughter was left in a closet with the door shut , Friday September 15, 2023 No one noticed she was not in the room until I arrived and looked around the room and asked was my daughter in there. Two teachers were in the room, five kids. When I brought this to the director attention and how this was unacceptable I was told, she understand and she will review the tape and give me a call. When I reviewed the tape with her she tried to tell me it was 30 seconds, I asked her to slow the tape down so I can see for myself my daughter was left in that closet after following the teacher in there, for almost 3 minutes. All I was told was “she understand, the state will be contacted and I wouldn’t want someone I don’t trust to watch my kid” My daughter is 1, there is no telling how many times this has happened and been covered up. I don’t understand how you didn’t notice a child gone, don’t hear this child, you didn’t check behind you going in the closet or leaving out, why no gate was not put up. I am disgusted with what has happened to my child here."

"Checked out a bunch of other daycares and Small Wonders was the best option. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. They are also in constant communication using the Brightwheel app. It is very helful to get updates on every feeding, nap, waking, and special diaper change. This helps to know he is being well taken care of and to plan pumping times. We love the pictures they send of our infant son-he always has a big smile on his face! They work on tummy time with him and there's always Disney music playing =) I also like that they have events for the kids and parents to be involved like trunk or treat. I highly recommend checking them out and taking a tour!"

"Awful. One of the staff ripped a bib off of my son leaving a large scratch. I observed the staff all congregated together gossiping on numerous occasions while toddlers were crying. My little guy cried every time I dropped him off. It was absolutely heartbreaking. There was literally no development for toddlers at all. We've moved on to Tutor Time, and it's a complete 180."

"My son has a documented emotional disturbance that was brought on by his last daycare facility. I brought him to Small Wonders who said that they would work with him and his social worker to get him straightened out. My son attended one day (which he was not behaving) and I was called to pick him up early. I spoke with the center three times throughout the day and even spent my lunch hour at the center trying to calm my child. I was told that he could not return the next day, but that is social worker was coming the following Tuesday and he could return then. I just received a phone call at 3 pm on the Friday before Christmas saying that they could not welcome my child back at all. They are not willing to work with him, his social worker, and that they do not owe me anything. I now have 3 hours to find my son a new daycare before a holiday weekend. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone take their child there."

"Although this childcare center is convenient for work, I would not recommend. My son was not treated well in the preschool room. He told me when he had a runny nose, one of the 'care' givers pinched his nose so hard he cried! He had a phobia with letting me wipe his nose for a year after that! I put him in a childcare center close to our house. A much better fit."
