"I would not recommend this company to anyone! We were having issues with our washing machine called them up to come look at it. The first technician came out and diagnosed the problem and told us a repair would be good and we do not need to replace it, they had to the order the parts and they would be back to fix it. They sent out another technician to do the actual repair and this guy did not even know what he was to repair even with the parts and ended up repairing something else, this did not fix the problem, then a 3rd technician came out and said we needed another part that they would have to order. Come to find out, the part we need is discontinued and they basically told us we S.O.L. I have called their multiple times, the lady who answered the phone was very nice and did the best she could, only nice thing I can say about this company. She told me she would have someone reach out to me as we could have just replaced the washer and been done and over with. No one has ever called me. I called back again and was told the same thing, no one has called me. This was a horrible experience."

"If I could give 10 stars I would!! Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Madison & Samantha were very helpful & up front with pricing. They got me scheduled as soon as possible (they had to order a part). Tim, the technician, was very informative & gave great advice. He fixed my problem in a very timely manner & payment was a breeze! I have already recommended them to my family! Thank you to everyone there that helped me!"

"Full disclosure, I have NOT actually used their services yet. I called to try to schedule, but we are outside their normal service area and they will not be in my area until a week from now, when we will be away. I knew we are outside their area ahead of time, but, after reading reviews on many other places, my gut told me AR USA was the best choice. They charge $125 for an out of area service call, BUT, that is a deal compared to the $200 Samsung wants for a service call. That said, Maddie (sp?), their scheduler was so professional, caring and accommodating that I knew I had made the right choice. She took my info, in case the service tech, who is in my area today, has an opening in their schedule, and then she provided names for 2 alternate providers, and tactfully guided me away from a 3rd, that I mentioned I had already looked into and (thanks to reviews) decided against. GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION!"
