Ali was quick but thorough - making sure to double check with me before adding optional items to my visit while letting me know what he'd be inspecting next. He wasn't pushy whatsoever and didn't rush even when there were multiple cars lined up. I'd recommend this or his other location on 23 mile & Romeo plank to anyone in need of service. "I've been going to these guys since 2012 when I bought my first car. This location and the one o. 23 Mile and Romeo Planck are awesome. Here's one example of great customer care. Sam (the father of the owner) and Anthony (one of their mechanics took care of me as if I was the president. After just purchasing a new used vehicle, I showed up for an oil change. Anthony realized some of the car's bolts were rusted on and suggested the oil hadn't been changed in a long while. He brought me underneath the vehicle area and showed me everything and explained it to me. He tried multiple methods to loosen it and dissolve the rust around the bolt. Finally he called for backup, and Sam showed up. He worked for 20 minutes to just loosen one bolt and finally got it undone. Cleaned the entire engine and skid panel of the car underneath. Change the oil. And replaced the bolts, then charged me for just an oil change. I can't thank them enough. So I felt obligated to write a review."
