"Never take your car here for an oil change. They somehow lost the plug, and told me my car was "leaking oil". Strange, because this was never an issue before. Saw a leak under my car a day later. Took my car to the 21 And North location, had them replace the plug with another. Magically the leak stopped. When they replaced the plug, they didn't replace the lost oil. My cars been getting more and more sluggish. Went into another oil change place to be told my oil bolt stripped the threads on the plug. Means my cars been running on low oil for the last few weeks, and now my car is all but forked. On top of all that they hand wrote my next oil change interval to be somewhere in the neighborhood hood of 8500+ miles. I get it. Basic math is hard, but in oil change math, you add on 3,000 or 5000 miles to the customer cars current mileage, not round it up to the nearest round number. Such bad information leads to broken down cars. You know like mine. If you like your car and want it to keep running, steer clear of these guys. Take it to a shop that will actually take care of your car."

"Amazing service, I had an oil change here years ago and choose not to return. I live close thought I'd try one more time. Received excellent customer service by Abe, he was fair, there is an oil leak I wasn't aware of he was helpful and knowledgeable in regards to this as well. Best experience I've had ever getting an oil change. Will definitely return and recommend to others but will suggest calling to make sure Abe is working."
