“Its always hard when you have to return a product, especially something as big as a treadmill, but my worries were quickly gone going to the Preston Branch, I specifically need to call out the Manager there Dean Stewart for providing such impeccable customer service and experience. Although the product wasnt really for me and the initial sale experience wasn't the greatest, Dean recovered from any doubt i had about the store by personally reaching out and working with me to get the product returned and refunded such a seamless process, this is in addition to offering me very fair options to keep me happy as a customer I cant recommend this place enough, especially if you are lucky enough to meet Dean”

It seems like some of the employees are just going through the motions and not really focused on listening and helping their customers. Instead, they seem more interested in just talking amongst themselves. Recently, I went to buy a pair of shoes and spoke to one of the staff members about what I was looking for. I even showed her a picture, but she immediately refused to stock that item. However, my experience considerably improved when I was referred to Jack. He is a staff member who understands the true essence of customer service. Jack was incredibly helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. What's more, he even remembered me from my last visit several months ago when I purchased a pair of shoes. It was a delightful surprise to witness his consistent level of excellent service that he provides to his customers. Jack is an authentic and amiable person who is a pleasure to interact with. It was such a pleasure working with Adrian the events Manager who catered so thoughtfully throughout planning the event along with last minute fixing up the decorations. Generous amount of delicious and fresh food. Great choice of beverages. Friendly and fun staff who were bubbly and always with a smile. The night was beautiful to celebrate with family and friends.
