“Had a rolltrac fitted which is an great piece of kit. After sales service from Del is what pushes the rating up to a 5 from me. I had limited time to sort a rack solution over the rolltrac (which I was fitting myself). Turns out the rolltrac sports bar mount makes it near on impossible with most lockable rack supports. Del spent a good hour with me to ensure that we came away with a solution with available parts. He understood that ordering special parts would have put our 4 month trip back by a week or more and that would have made me emotional.”
