"Hi, I purchased my shoes on 27/06 in the evening and asked the customer service staff about the return policy i was told it has 20 days policy. I mentioned very clearly that i’ll be playing with this shoes tonight and let you know. I played for not more than 5min and felt really tight at the toe. I came here the very next day to exchange but they refused telling me that I already palyed with them. It’s just my first serve while playing and felt pain and staff here at the store denied for the exchange.
