They are nothing short of Professional, helpful (often going above and beyond), friendly, and prompt in responding to any form of correspondence. Unfortunately, my dealings with them have come to an end, however, I know that if the opportunity ever came around again, I would jump at the chance to have such a wonderful team take care of my rental needs. “Jump Cranbourne West is a fantastic swim school! From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile & all the staff are so helpful & friendly. I was hesitant to put my daughter in swimming lessons so young but it’s honestly been the best decision & she loves the water & has improved so much each week! All the teachers are kind, patient & encouraging. We couldn’t recommend Jump highly enough!”

“Thank you for the love and care you have provided my girls. You have made the transition to school so much easier, with the ready to read program offered in the kinder room I feel that Isabella is already 10 steps ahead. Bliss definitely offers great value for money, great value for money, they have great indoor and outdoor facilities & equipment and flexible drop-off/pick-up hours. I love the daily communication on the ap and most importantly the staff are all very nurturing, friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend checking it out!!”

“Kmart Cranbourne has never let me down, when my locals have no stock, this store always has it available. Located just down the escalator from the rooftop carpark, it's very accessible. Staff are always friendly and the click and click process was seamless.”

“After covid19 lockdowns this was our first time back. Compared to many pools we have been to Casey Race was by far the cleanest. They have a toddler pool, and family pool the main pools and the physiotherapy pools. Also the sauna and spa....those who live in casey or like to go to a family friendly and clean pools this is the place to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful 10/10”

“Great family friendly gym which is improving weekly under the new management. Amazing crèche available from 9am-12pm which I have used for over 16 years. Love the variety of classes, the salt pool or that I can go 24/7 if I can’t make it during usual hours. Highly recommend giving Input a go!”

“Quite an expansive park with a few playground areas, off leash dog parks and pleasant walking tracks. It wasn't totally clear where the off leash dog areas were, but there were few people present when we visited. Unfortunately a few dog owners didn't clear-up after their dog, but it was a nice place to let them roam nonetheless. Parking was plentiful and there were both toilet facilities and picnic areas.”

“Very cooperative management. Good teachers. Hopefully they will maintain the same level of service. Other swim schools in Cranbourne had bit of rude management. Finally swim school that we are satisfied with.”

“We’ve recently changed to here with our 6-year old & 3-year old - we love the huge pool and brand new facilities. Best of all, the instructors are fantastic and very nurturing. If anyone in the Clyde North area is looking for swimming lessons for their little ones. This is the place! Fair and reasonable fees as well. Highly recommend .”

“Beautiful clean room, with comfy bed and quality linens, quality amenities, safe parking and a great restaurant onsite. The staff were efficient and helpful, right from the manager to the front desk staff and everyone in the restaurant and cafe. The housekeeping girls were a delight and extremely good at their job, the room was spotless. I would highly recommend The Terrace as I personally found it to be a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thanks to everyone at the Terrace.”

“We have regular swimming lessons and love being able to play before and after the lessons in swallow pool and playground. The instructors are great. We particular love Kate, she's fantastic with the kids, making sure they are safe, follow directions but continues to hold their attention and build trust.”

“Secluded forest feel — transports you out of suburbia. Lots of play options although the highest platform has some open edges that need adult supervision. Outside the play area we saw bunnies in the bushes and crossing lawns.”
