“Absolutely incredible service. Took our 8 month old British Bulldog in on Monday night as he had been vomiting blood. Had a nurse triage him straight away, and after a short time waiting, the vet brought us in to discuss. We were given three treatment options, which were explained in great detail, as well as the costs involved for all three. We were given time to discuss, and when we were unsure of what to do, given time to see our boy to determine what the best option would be. We decided to bring him home and monitor him. At about 3:30am we noticed his breathing was irregular and rapid, I phoned the practice who then advised I could send a video of him breathing and they could let me know if he needed to come in. After a couple of minutes I got a message advising it would be good to bring him back in. The same incredible vet saw him again, gave me another 3 options, which we then decided pain relief would be a good option. Thankfully this worked out well and he is now back to his normal self. The staff are helpful both on the phone and in clinic, I called multiple times stressing about his condition, with staff providing outstanding support each time. Can’t recommend them enough. So pleased, thank you Dr Andrew & the lovely nursing staff. Super grateful!!”

“First time staying at Quest Moorabbin. Great location for our needs. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Well soundproofed from traffic on Kingston Road. We stayed in one of the rooms closest to the road and couldnt hear anything. They have free laundry/dryer. Washing powder free at reception. Thankyou.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Cheltenham Vet Clinic and would recommend them to anyone seeking a vet clinic that provides the utmost care for your pets. Dr David Stasiuk has looked after my two beautiful british short hair cats Ruprecht and Sookie from when I first got them. On one particular occasion my cat Sookie was horrifically mauled by a dog and had to undergo emergency surgery and a facial reconstruction. The whole team so so quick to respond and attend to her needs, and Dr Stasiuk not only saved her life, but performed a very complicated and delicate surgery that involved having to reattach her skin back to her jaw. Now you could never tell that she has even experienced any kind of trauma as she has healed up beautifully and was back to the same Sookie we knew and loved within a few weeks. I am so grateful to Dr Stasiuk for his amazing surgical skills and his wonderful team for their continued support and care of my beloved fur babies!”

Mine always comes back well groomed and healthy - happy to see us but we do get the silent treatment for a while to show us that we shouldn't really go away without her!! After many failed attempts with groomers, Diva Dogs was our last hope and came recommended; especially for difficult dogs. Sue did a fantastic job with our Murphy and was able to manage his temperament with simply amazing skills and patience. If your dog has ever had issues they will be very safe in her hands.
